Shipping Policy
Moxx offers three shipping options on physical property sets:

Ground Shipping — is on us! Moxx offers free ground shipping within Kenya. Properties typically arrive within 7-10 business days.

Priority Shipping — Designers set their own shipping fees but it averages around $40. Typical delivery is 3-4 business days. Due to weather and events beyond our control, we cannot guarantee on-time delivery.

Express Shipping — Designers set their own shipping fees but the average is around $50. Typical delivery is 2-3 business days. Due to weather and events beyond our control, we cannot guarantee on-time delivery.

Digital Delivery — Digital property sets (PDF or CAD format) will be delivered via email as an attachment or link to download. Typical delivery for digital property sets is within 1-2 business days.
